Serious question since I’ve never watched the show. No access to water for hygiene for a month? No rivers, lakes, or oceans to rinse the undies occasionally?
They would have to have water to stay hydrated, so they wash them with the drinking water.

The unofficial goal of Title IX’s separate but equal took decades to put into common practice. Why are women not screaming at the top of their lungs about mentally unbalanced males being allowed to intentionally game women’s sports?
