Ballots Found in Ohio

I’m always wary when officials “find” ballots. And it’s curious how “found” ballots always seem to favor Democrats. If I had the time, I’d be interested in going back through the past 10 years or so and seeing how often “found” ballots help the Democrats versus the Republican. Perhaps USA Today could dig into that.

COLUMBUS – The tight race between Democrat Danny O’Connor and Republican Troy Balderson just got tighter.

Election officials in Franklin County found 588 previously uncounted votes in a Columbus suburb. The result: O’Connor had a net gain of 190 votes, bringing the race’s margin down to 1,564.

1,565 votes to go, which a recount will easily “find”.

I’m sure Balderson has already been on the phone to Kathy Nickolaus asking for assistance.

To be fair, as I understand it, Nickolaus had merely reported inaccurate results to the media the night of the election due to a poorly designed spreadsheet.

Owen, don’t you think their process includes a way to review these ballots?  You don’t think that anyone else, left or right or center, has conducted the study you’d like to see?

And Kathleen Harris is on call waiting..

Isn’t it strange that Owen’s conspiracy theorizing is not that Republicans would be hiding Democrat-leaning bags of ballots?

Columbus has a river. Don’t ensure your win with found ballots. Do it the century-old, Chicago Way by making your opponent’s ballots disappear prior to tabulation.

    Found ballots. Rookies.

    Nord,

I don’t understand your spiteful crack about Kathleen Harris here.

She properly certified the Florida election results and the evil left very unfairly crucified her for properly doing her job in 2000.   The left pouted because election did not go their way.

Why would you crack about the sweetest, most innocent, and wonderful public official in this situation Ohio situation.

What I see is dripping leftist incredulity when you say that.

You should be apologizing for further trying to smear her for doing her job, properly, 18 years later.

We now know with CERTAINTY that Osama Bin Laden is dead.

He is registered to vote in Chicago.  And Milwaukee.  And Columbus, OH.
