State Searches For Ways to Safely Incarcerate Violent Youths

Many of these “kids” are violent sociopaths. God help whoever is tasked with keeping them separated from civilized society.

The most aggressive inmates at the state’s troubled youth prison could be removed and sent elsewhere under a plan Department of Corrections officials are considering as a way to decrease the number of incidents at the facility.

The potential new program is one response from the department to reports of an increasingly chaotic environment at the Lincoln Hills School for Boys and Copper Lake School for Girls after a federal order requiring prison officials to reduce or eliminate the use of pepper spray, restraints and solitary confinement.

Of course, that “Federal order” was given during the Obama regime, which specialized in overturning right order wherever it was found.  The partnership with Kennedy and 4 other Supremes helped, of course.

Maybe it is time we add a second classification to the incarceration manual; animal.  Separating the animals from the people would have a profound effect on the prison population and, except for the animal rights activists, simplify boarding the animals.  I would add, most run in packs like most predatory animals.  I’m thinking something along the lines of how a rabid dog is handled.

I understand I will trigger our progressives and, no, I have no idea how my thought could be refined or implemented but, I unfortunately have friends that live in the same neighborhoods and spend time where this garbage comes from.  More than no respect for others, they refuse to accede to any form of threat or cognizance of the results of their actions.  Imagine try to house these animals without the ability to incapacitate them with restraints.
