Some are calling a photo posted on the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater’s SnapChat account racist. Others call the reaction political correctness run amok.
The photo shows students wearing exfoliating masks. However, the university’s chancellor says it has sparked a strong reaction from students, parents and even alumnae.
“We pride ourselves in being a family and having a sense of community. If there are issues, we need to deal with those,” Chancellor Beverly Kopper said.

The dean of students is meeting with the students who posted the photo to decide how the university will respond.
Sen. Steve Nass, who represented the Whitewater area, blasted the university for overreacting on Thursday, calling it “a stark example of how political correctness has warped the mindset of highly educated university administrators.
The appropriate response to students who complained about this picture would have been, “shut up, you morons, it’s not racist and you aren’t helping things by looking for racism where none exists.”
I never ceased to be amazed by the liberal farce of UW administrators.
Nearly all lefty administrators at UW act like this clown.
