DA Suggests People Who Criticize Him Should be Prosecuted

Rick Esenberg calls out the truly outrageous behavior of Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm.

Over the weekend, the prosecutors upped the ante. It was reported that Governor Walker questioned the constitutionality and the motivation of the prosecutors. In response, Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm implied that Walker might be criminally prosecuted for criticizing the investigation and questioning the motivation of the prosecutors. “As to defamatory remarks,’ Chisholm said, “I strongly suspect the Iowa criminal code, like Wisconsin’s, has provisions for intentionally making false statements intended to harm the reputation of others ….”

I am going to repeat that. The elected District Attorney of Milwaukee County actually suggested that someone who criticized him should be charged with a crime.

This is the essence of liberals at their core in naked and ugly display!

I learned this early at UW Milwaukee. The liberal administration behaved exact same way about criticism.

Liberals will deny, but none of them are denouncing this ugly 1st Amendment suspension! Rather liberals are supporting it in droves!

Chisolm, when faced with all the black kids being killed by revolving door criminals in Milwaukee by focusing and wasting resources prosecuting free speech is in one word: evil and racist.

    Kevin,
How many years did you attend UW-Milwaukee? Did you graduate from UW-Milwaukee?

  3. Kevin Scheunemann

2.5 years. (After 2 years at UWWC)

    Yes, I did graduate.

I got a decent business education, but the political education, outside the classroom, was where UW-Milwaukee has failing marks.

Campus liberals (Administration, faculty, and radical students) are intolerant of diversity. They hate the first amendment with a passion. They are dedicated to destroying all property rights.

The university fostered the campaus liberal hate, while they took extra steps to quash, destroy, and chill any conservative thought. It was a microcosm of what John Chisolm is doing to Scott walker today.

UW-Milwaukee is a cesspool of socialist authoritarianism that should be avoided by those that truly want a diverse education.

Go to UWWC, Wisconsin Lutheran College, or maybe Concordia instead.

I’d avoid Marquette these days with that ex-UW-Milwaukee administrator, Mike Lovell, now destroying Marquette. What he did to Professor Mc Adams is what UW-Milwaukee precidsely tried to do to me. (Only a different precious liberal issue du jour at time.)

Given its now happening to Scott Walker, good people need to openly stand up to liberal hate.

    Jade,

If you are asking me about the one word: “evil-and-racist”.

That is new liberal political math, you learn on UW-Milwaukee campaus.

Like “White-male-oppressor” or “white-capitalist-pig” its all one word in liberal lexicon.

I was hoping you were asking about that.

I believe the comment was not made about criticizing the DA.

It was about whether the Governor slandered or defamed the DA .

I’m not sure the Governor has said one honest thing yet about the John Doe investigation.
But he could start now .

” if you will quit lying about me, I’ll quit telling the truth about you !”

    Mark,
    Legal definition of slander.

“n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease, or being unable to perform one’s occupation are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious, and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Words spoken over the air on television or radio are treated as libel (written defamation) and not slander on the theory that broadcasting reaches a large audience as much if not more than printed publications.”

SLANDER, (if it even exists in this case) IS A CIVIL, ISSUE NOT A CRIMINAL ISSUE!

If it was a criminal issue, Hillary has been slandering the truth for 25 years! On your standard should be charged on the murder of our fellow americans on Bengazi on cover-up.

…but we.ve heard barely a peep out of you on hillary, who actually covers up crime vs. Scott Walker who you acuse of crime, when, at best, anything he said is a civil issue….a giant leap even for that.

  8. Kevin Scheunemann

    Mark said,

” if you will quit lying about me, I’ll quit telling the truth about you !”

    The DA

I would declare this slander PER SE on your part.

Hillary and Bill have been investigated for 32 years . They haven’t been touched yet and this book won’t do it either .
9 committed ratify the uranium deal.
    None said HRC intervened .

Ken Starr spent millions and came up with Monica.

If all the politicians who had affairs ( or in republicans case – hookers )
Were disqualified from serving we’d have 60 less senators and 200 less house members .

The crime isn’t the millions in speaking fees and donations to the foundation by a foreign nation

It’s what’s owed to the American fat cats who contribute $2Billion to
Hillary or the GOP candidate to elect a president

Legalized graft vs supposed illegal graft

  10. Kevin Scheunemann

So the Clinton charity claiming 88% charity work on $2 billion in donations and an audit showing its closer to 10% is not criminal behavior?

    How about fraud to start?

Certainly a lot more gravity to the substance of the Clinton foundation fraud than anything Walker has said criticizing a lunatic DA.
