Monster Doesn’t Like Being Called a Monster

There aren’t words to convey my level of indifference for this monster’s feelings.

EXCLUSIVE: Darrell Brooks Jr. has spent the last 10 days locked up in a Wisconsin jail cell after allegedly mowing through the barricades and into revelers at the Waukesha Christmas parade, killing six people and injuring 62.

Now he feels “dehumanized,” he told Fox News Digital Wednesday in his first remarks to the media, seemingly surprised that he had visitors.

“I just feel like I’m being monster – demonized,” Brooks, 39, said during a brief video visit in Waukesha County Jail – a stone’s throw from where tragedy struck over a week earlier.

Not even his mother has dropped by, he said. Earlier in the day, she released a statement on behalf of the family decrying Wisconsin’s criminal justice system for failing her son, a longtime felon with a 50-page rap sheet detailing domestic violence, firearms, drugs and other convictions in Wisconsin, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Brooks is also a registered child sex offender in Nevada and served time in Georgia for beating his ex, records show.

Oh, his dehumanization occurred long before he decided to drive through a parade of people. Seems like being called a monster is a pretty apt description.

Maybe his mama can’t visit because her sweet Darrell used her SUV in his mass murder escapade and it’s now being held as evidence… among many, many other solid reasons. Any excuse at all used to not visit would be perfectly acceptable.

What is the bigger story, that poor Darrell FEELS dehumanized right now or that 6 people were dehumanized in a more permanent sense by him still just days ago? Or is that the news is reporting this as relevant or meaningful in any way?
For God’s sake he SHOULD feel dehumanized if he can still feel that sorry for himself after murdering 6 people and running into 62 others as if they were so much parade confetti. That is a de-humanized, de-sensitized person if there ever was one. That the media tries to report him as a victim needing sympathy puts their morally destitute, politically motivated rhetoric on display for any thinking person to see, doesn’t it?

Why any of the media would give that monster a platform to express his feelings is beyond me. Awful. Just awful.

For once, I totally agree with Pat.
I’m just surprised Johnny hasn’t gone and visited him

How can he be dehumanized if he ain’t human in the first place?
