Given what we have come to know about the FBI lately, how much do you trust this agency anymore? Is this real or is it just another effort to rile up people to support Democrats? I give three-to-one odds that we don’t see anything more than a couple of nutters.
Wray said the FBI was receiving a “significant” amount of information that it was pushing out to other law enforcement agencies ahead of the inauguration. Information-sharing is critical before any significant public event like the inauguration, but the issue is receiving particular scrutiny because of signs law enforcement was unprepared for the violent, deadly surge at the Capitol by loyalists of President Donald Trump.
Federal officials have warned local law enforcement agencies that the riot at the Capitol is likely to inspire others with violent intentions.
“We’re looking at individuals who may have an eye towards repeating that same kind of violence that we saw last week,” Wray said, adding that since January 6, the FBI has identified over 200 suspects.
“We know who you are. If you’re out there, an FBI agent is coming to find you,” he added.
Local cop shop got warning that there may be violence/property destruction against anyone with Trump materiel on their property, cars, etc.
What “have we come to know about the FBI lately” ? That they were more loyal to the law that to a wanna-be dictator?
Battlefield prep going on. More National Guard troops in DC than there are troops in Afghanistan at this time. Have read 2nd-hand comments from DC LEOs that the NG is armed at a much higher level than what would normally be used for crowd/riot control. NG has been issued authority to use lethal force.

The narrative for the sheep is that this is in anticipation of pro-Trump or white supremacists acting up. Doubt that they have the organizational capacity to provide much of an offense against armed military. But if nothing happens, the narrative will be that the country was spared from violent Trumpers & white supremacists.
But note what Ted Wheeler, Portland Mayor said on January 1st:

Since end of summer I was reading reports that despite this “catch & release” and nonconfrontation of Antifa actors, the Feds have been compiling a database on these peoples.
So, in the interest of “situational awareness”, I am keeping my mind open to all possibilities. I do predict that if nothing happens, the narrative will be that this show of force spared the country from havoc being wreaked by Trumpers & White Supremacists. If something does happen that is initiated by Trumpers or White Supremacists, I predict that it will only take about 10% of the crap pulled during Trump’s inauguration the narrative will be that this is the end of Democracy or something.
Or, I could be totally off base, the other theory that I have heard that is within the realm of possibility is that all this impeachment activity and the DC shut down is a distraction to cover for the fear that Biden would be unable to give a speech to a large crowd without going off the rails into a haze of senility. It would only take a few loud hecklers to take him off the rails.

If there’s anything we have learned from the COVID lockdowns, it is that most LEOs don’t have a problem enforcing draconian and unconstitutional laws against their fellow Americans. That revelation honestly surprised me.

I haven’t heard Joe make any gaffe’s since the election but I did listen to the President ask for a specific number of votes to be changed in his favor in a state election where ballots were counted 3x
I also watched the President take no responsibility for the attack on the Capitol
But yeah , the biggest problem we have is with the FBI , doing its job, protecting the public and politicians and hunting down those good people .who wanted to hang the VP for NOT doing what he didn’t have the power To Do .

Joe Biden ended up making a gaffe during the most important speech of his life on Saturday night as he misspoke over the numbers of people who have died from the coronavirus in the United States.
The only other public speech that I have found after the election is after the Electoral College Vote. May have been a teleprompted, prepared speech. The version I saw does not pan away to an audience view.
