Supporting Our Troops

Way back when, Kim DuToit spearheaded an effort by the Nation of Riflemen to provide some high-quality equipment and care packages to a group of snipers from the Army’s 2/4 Infantry Division.  The effort was very successful, collecting enough money to buy the snipers some of the best optics available, and providing care packages full of the little things that make a deployment almost bearable.

Well, the Deuce Four Snipers are now the 3/2 Stryker Cavalry Regiment, and they are redeploying to Iraq.  In an effort to help them out once again, the Nation of Riflemen (through the Nation of Volunteers Foundation) is launching a new fundraising effort.

Payments can be made through PayPal at the link located on the right side of this page, or via snail mail to:

The Nation of Volunteers
Suite 100-363
3020 Legacy Dr.
Plano, TX 75023

(Make checks payable to “Nation of Volunteers.")

The NoV/NoR hasn’t yet received the list of specific items needed, but that shouldn’t stop you from giving.  This is your chance to help out a great group of soldiers.  Drop on by and give a buck or twenty.  The lives you save may be theirs’.

UPDATE: Here are a few photos of the 2/4 in action during their last tour, courtesy of their website.
