Rumor About Budget
The email is humming with news of a pending budget deal. Transportation is still being discussed and the Dems are hammering for the KRM. For the rest, it looks like the Dems are caving on the hospital tax, but the GOP is caving on the cigarette tax and the Patients’ Compensation Fund raid. Both caucuses in the Assembly are split.
