Photo ID Required for Conservation Congress

At the Wisconsin Conservation Congress meetings last week, there comes this little tidbit.

A photo id is required in order to receive ballots to vote for candidates.

In Wisconsin, you need a photo ID to vote on wildlife issues, but not for electing our government.  Why is the DNR and the Conservation Congress purposely excluding all of those old and poor people who can’t get photo IDs?  Won’t our wildlife policies be racist because requiring a photo ID disproportionately excludes minorities?  How can Doyle stand by and let one of his agencies engage in a policy that props up the rich white oligarchy?
