Don’t laugh. This could be us in a few years.
HARARE, Zimbabwe (CNN)—Zimbabwe’s central bank will introduce a $50 billion note—enough to buy just two loaves of bread—as a way of fighting cash shortages amid spiraling inflation.
How far off is this headline for the US?
I have an idea. If we get to that point, let’s make it an even $60 billion note. Perhaps that will be enough to buy 2 loaves and 2 fishes…then pray it is enough to feed the multitudes.
Idiots! They should have issued those BEFORE Christmas!
