Captain Ned got close enough for credit—This is the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge connecting Charleston, SC, to Mt. Pleasant, SC.  This shot was taken from Patriot’s Point, in Mt. Pleasant, home of the Patriot’s Point Naval and Maritime Museum.

Something I never thought I’d see on a carrier—an escalator.  Installed in the 50’s to help pilots get from the ready room to the flight deck.

  10. Can’t be Tampa if you’re thinking of the Sunshine Skyway. Not enough of a hump and no piers protecting the main span.

The picture certainly looks like this one of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge

I was thinking of the Sunshine.  After reading the other comments, I realized my error.  It is similar, but obviously not the same.
