Yeah, no kidding. No matter how hard I tried to ignore the visual cues, I couldn’t hear the sound correctly. It was really weird in split-screen.

That is very interesting.
Of course, it is impossible to make the bah sound with your bottom lip coming under your teeth. So, one might argue that the observer is really not being fooled by the dubbed sound.
