But I thought it wasn’t really sex.
Warnings about the dangers of oral sex should be introduced in eighth grade, later than a previous plan that drew parent objections but earlier than the existing 10th grade instruction, an Elmbrook School District advisory committee recommended tonight.
Elmbrook was going to start broaching the topic of oral sex in sixth grade during the 2007-‘08 school year, but the School Board last fall halted the new lessons after some parents objected.
I propose that we strike the word “sex” from every classroom in America, on the principle that it just encourages kids to sin.
Unless they need to put it in some advertising, of course.
Sex Ed does NOT belong in our schools. Heck, they can’t even get history right. When are parents going to do the job they’re supposed to do?
I still haven’t figured out how putting a condom on a banana protects me from anything.
Trying to undo the damage of Lewinski… no, it wasn’t really sex (the President said so)...and, of course, everyone does it, so what’s the big deal?
I freakin’ wish the average 13-year-old was aware enough of politics that they knew who Monica Lewinsky was.
