Teaching About Oral Sex To Start In 8th Grade

But I thought it wasn’t really sex.

Warnings about the dangers of oral sex should be introduced in eighth grade, later than a previous plan that drew parent objections but earlier than the existing 10th grade instruction, an Elmbrook School District advisory committee recommended tonight.

Elmbrook was going to start broaching the topic of oral sex in sixth grade during the 2007-’08 school year, but the School Board last fall halted the new lessons after some parents objected.

  6. I freakin’ wish the average 13-year-old was aware enough of politics that they knew who Monica Lewinsky was.
