  1. I’m somewhat surprised that anyone who has held such a high office would write over there.  Fred is no doubt in many ways a fine person, but his blogging is often unfair, intellectually dishonest, and downright nasty.  I can only think of one Wisconsin blog that is worse.

Couldn’t she write here instead?  At least the discussion here sometimes elevates above shrill partisan hackery.

  2. Scott,

I disagree with your characterization of Fred, but as to your question… we never invited her nor have we invited anyone else.  This is Jed and my space and we don’t ever really intend to morph it into a group blog.  The only time anyone else posts here is because they are a sub while one of us is on vacation, it’s a one-off submission related to a particular topic, or Wendy… because Wendy can do whatever she wants grin

  3. I’m absolutely certain, Scott that there are a lot of blogs worse in their partisanship and lack of fairness than the two of which you speak.  It’s just that we don’t spend any time at those while we do check in with our regulars.

  4. Let me not be coy.  The worst, most angry, shrill, unfair, and biased blog I know of is ye olde texasholdemblogger.wordpress.com.  If there are worse examples I don’t know them.

  5. Dang it.  I thought you were talking about me.  I’ll work on it.
