You’ll still be able to get a venti Starbucks mocha in New York City next week.
The coffee giant said Thursday that it doesn’t plan to change its offerings when the city’s ban on large, sugary drinks that is scheduled to go into effect March 12.
“We’re not making any immediate changes,” spokeswoman Linda Mills told NBC News.

Yeah… that.
Good for Starbucks!
Someone needs to stand up to these liberal dictators!
I’ve never patronized a Starbucks, but just on that statement of corporate courage alone, I’m going to stop by today!
Wow!
Liberals will have to pry my sugary drink out of my cold, dead, hand before I will give it up.
It’s none of your business what I put in my stomach!
This is the same Mayor Bloomberg that enjoys smoking pot:

They should tell Nanny to pound sand. Demand jury trials for his stupid laws. Who is going to convict anyone for that nonsense? I wouldn’t.

This works if you are on the jury.
Don’t underestimate a liberal on a jury.

The average liberal adherent finds ALL individual choice repugnant. This video demonstrates it in spades.
The only “choice” liberals go to at to defend is the genocide of unborn children.
Otherwise, liberalism is, at it’s core, the genocide of individual choice, freedom, and liberty.
Liberals will have to pry my sugary drink out of my cold, dead, hand before I will give it up.
Who’d have guessed?

Illegal gardeners tried going that route as well. Unfortunately, jury-nullification is hard to pull off now-a-days. Not only will a lawyer face disbarment if that tactic is openly pushed, but judges can overrule a jury if s/he thinks they ignored the law.
