Pure Joy

I've seen videos of kids, but never an adult hearing her voice for the first time. Science is an amazing thing.

  5. Glenn Beck has been advertising for them for a while now. I wondered about them vs Limbaugh’s implant. That video was amazing, as was her post. The vid had me a bit misty. Is it not amazing and inspiring that we can create something so beneficial and wondrous?

  7. Just remember when you hear people complaining about the cost of medicine these days that there are benefits like this. That device isn’t cheap, but what it does is miraculous.

    I know some of the guys who designed the electronics in that Envoy device. They have my respect for patience. Dealing with the FDA and the extremely long development cycles that they have to put up with takes someone very dedicated.
