Primer

OK.  I just watched the movie Primer.  It’s about two guys, Aaron and Abe, who accidentally build a time machine. 

So naturally, as with any time travel movie, it can become very difficult to keep things straight.  The word “confusing” does not do this movie justice.

Here’s a diagram of the timelines in the movie.

Note that before it’s over with, there are 7 Aarons and 6 Abes in 9 coexisting timelines.  There’s even a moment in the final timeline where Aaron(0), Aaron(2), and Aaron(6) are together at the same time.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go watch it again with the cheat sheet.
