Perpetuating the Lie

Since when has Obama concerned himself with the truth?

President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign on Tuesday redoubled its attack on Mitt Romney as someone who shipped jobs overseas, defying findings from independent fact-checking outlets that have branded the accusation largely baseless.

Frankly, I don’t think Obama has a clue if what he is saying is true or not be cause I don’t think he has any clue how businesses work.

Politics + Politics - General

  1. Whole-heartedly agree.  Obama’s lack of experience “goes in one ear…” of most libs, being so few themselves have created jobs.

  2. Outsourcing != Offshoring

    But I wouldn’t expect someone who has never made a payroll to understand the difference.

  3. This is politics. I guess that when it is being perpetrated by the Republicans it is okay. I have yet to see the Republicans ever called out for lying here. I don’t really expect it but when you call out the lie you have to prove it is a lie.

    Romney will have a very difficult time disproving this statement because if it happened even once it is not a lie.

  4. But for Obama’s “Job Czar” Jeff Immelt to move GE jobs to China (http://articles.boston.com/2011-07-26/business/29817324_1_ge-healthcare-x-ray-business-china-last-year), the all but nationalized GM doing the same (http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-500173_162-20110006.html), and the federal government turning a blind eye to local governments outsourcing infrastructure jobs (http://abcnews.go.com/US/bringing_america_back/american-infrastructure-jobs-shipped-china/story?id=14592567) that’s okay?
