Panty Raider

Freak.

A Hales Corners man has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of theft after police said he attended real estate open houses in the Milwaukee area and stole women’s underwear from the homes. He is expected to appear in court Feb. 25.

According to the Wauwatosa police:

Robert Remiker, 58, attended open houses in the 2300 block of North 62nd Street in Wauwatosa, as well as in Greenfield and Franklin. Realtors and other visitors to the Wauwatosa open house said they saw Remiker opening drawers and taking items. When he was stopped by police officers, they found plastic bags containing eight pairs of underwear and printouts of Internet listings for area open houses.

Remiker told officers he was taking the items because he missed his ex-wife. He said he had about 50 more pairs at the home he lived in with his parents.

  2. wow! its a funny article. Panty raider. Nice name. But I think he is panty maniac. Because he collects panty. But the questions is what he does with this panty ? And are they washed or dirty ? If is it dirty then how can he is living his smelly room ? And his parents are also in the house :O Anyways he nothing more than a panty maniac.

  4. These stories pop up every once in awhile - years ago there was someone doing that along Park Avenue in West Bend - when caught, he claimed it had something to do with grieving over the loss of a family member.

    Here’s a CIA (ex?) employee who had amassed 1,000 pair when he was caught in WV:

  7. He should be tased and pepper sprayed and locked in a cage for 5 years and made to put his name on a special list so the government people can control him better.
