  2. I feel bad for Obama.  All these issues to deal with.

I mean it would be easy to just say what you believe.  That doesn’t require any forethought or planning.  You just speak what you believe.

But when your beliefs (or stated beliefs) are constantly adjusted to parallel popular opinion and simultaneously appease such a diverse constituency.  You must carefully manage every word and every sentence.

Gosh its rough trying to be everything to everyone aint it Obama?

  5. The new kind of politics takes another hit. If this were any other candidate, i would say big deal; its another presidential candidate moving to the center after he’s secured the nomination. But Senator Obama is not only changing positions/lying on this issue and that issue, he’s proving his overall theme of new politics and change to be a huge.

  8. Dear Chris in #3,

I would have prefaced my remarks with “George Bush is the bestest president EVER!” but there are actually three modern day GOP presidents that are/were so great that I’m not sure I could pick out the very bestest:

    1. Dick Nixon, who was railroaded by those damn liberals, or
    2. Ronnie Reagan, who those damn liberals claimed was asleep during most of his “administration”, or
    3. Georgie Bush, who blamed Bill Clinton (an alleged liberal) for anything that went wrong during his first term.

Who would you pick to be the bestest?

Maybe Bush, who makes the lair Tricky Dicky look like a saint?

Whatever happened to “compassionate conservatism”, or was that just a political hook to soften up the voters?

My point: Politicians say one thing one time and then another thing later ALL THE TIME!

Obama and the other Dem-lites are not going to take away your guns-so get a grip!

And by the way, learn not to write a run-on sentence!

  9. Read somthing about Obama’s thesis on another blog yesterday.  Funny no one has asked him about this.  This is one scary dude who has been schooled at the feet of commies and socialists.  Heaven help us if he gets elected.  The Manchurian Candidate lives only this one is not white like the movie he’s black and untouchable.

  10. Plus, don’t forget, the Right Reverend Doctor James Dobson called him a fruitcake!

    Sorta like voodoo economics.

  11. Hey, Adam.  If you’re through with your off-topic ranting about GOP presidents, braying about James Dobson (who isn’t a Reverend, by the way), and being the Grammar Nanny, perhaps you could answer my question.  Did you watch the clips?
