Necessary Roughness

No, this isn’t a post about Iran…

Necessary Roughness is on television at the moment.  I was an extra in the stands for this movie.  I was also an extra in another movie.  Can you guess what the other one was?

  4. Hmm, this should be easy, since only about four or five movies have ever been made in the history of movie-making.

  5. OK… OK…

As an extra, I had to wear my BDUs and run in formation outside of a window where the scene was being filmed.  It was a nice Texas day of about 172 degrees and I think I actually sweat off one of my balls.

  9. Owen was 7 years old in 1981. He was more likely running around in his BVDs than his BDUs. grin

  10. Need a bigger hint…Was the movie “set” in Texas or just “filmed” in Texas?  There’s a big difference.
