Modern Whig Party

Had never heard of this before Insty mentioned it today.  Sounds interesting to a partyless conservative like myself.

  1. A party that advocates fiscal responsibility, stays away from divisive social issues, and believes in the 10th Amendment?  Gosh, sounds like what the Republican Party used to be.  hmmm

  2. No, RS.  It sounds like the Republican Party “used” to claim to be.

  4. Thank you for posting this—it is another option to evaluate (another partyless conservative here too).

  5. The Modern Whig Party (national) continues to grow and expand.  At this time, the MWP is in (approximately) 28 states.  North Carolina recently came online.

Recently a national meeting was held online.  People from across the nation attended.  Another national meeting is planned using GoToWebinar.  For more details, contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

The Florida Whig Party (the official state affiliate of the national MWP) was the first state party to be chartered.  The second administration is now running the Party.

The Vice Chairman is Henry DeGeneste, the retired Chief of Police and Director of Security for the New York and New Jersey Port Authority.  Henry was in charge during the car bombing of the World Trade Center.  His experience in transporation security, terrorism, and overall homeland security matters is tremendous.

The MWP is growing and if you feel akin to the platform, join today.
