Man Denied Child Visitation While In Prison

Good ruling.  This animal shouldn’t be inflicted on his children ever again.

A Racine County judge has denied a man’s request to see his children while he serves a life sentence for trying to kill his ex-wife.

David Larsen was convicted of beating Teri Jendusa-Nicolai (jen-DOO’-sah NIK’-oh-leye) with a baseball bat six years ago.

Prosecutors say he stuffed her into a garbage can and left her to die in a freezing storage unit. She suffered a miscarriage and lost her toes to frostbite but survived.

Larsen wanted the judge to let his children visit him in prison. WISN-TV reports that the judge denied that request Tuesday.

  1. Do you think his kids would even want to visit him?
