Lena Taylor’s MySpace Page

Daniel over at GOP3.com took a peek at Senator Lena Taylor’s MySpace page and found some interesting stuff.

State Senator Lena Taylor is trying to connect to young voters, a worthy goal, by having a personal Myspace page. If you go to her campaign homepage, on the right hand side there is a Facebook and Myspace button. Click on the black Myspace button, and then under her photo, “Pics.” (You need a Myspace account to access the pics).

Do so, and you’ll find the following image among her “Pics.”

Wow.  I’m sure the description of Mexico will help her with the Hispanic vote in Milwaukee County.

She sure seems to have a low opinion of Americans.

UPDATE:  Here’s another fun shot of Taylor’s page:

Notice her comment:

We already knew Walker was a dog… OOO DANG! WICKED BURN!!!

Real mature.  Again, as I said over the weekend, this kind of stuff makes her look like a total amateur.

  1. That’s hilarious.

  2. This is a poor imitation of the original from several years ago.    The original was much more celver with areas entitled “Thar be dragons here” and the like.  It was apolitical and actually quite well done.

  3. Did the Chinese dig a trench to isolate North Korea, or is Taiwan our enemy now?

I don’t keep up on current events.

  4. She’s not a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ also, is she?  Could this be a Bow Ties for Lena moment?

  5. Well, Glenn, she does say on her site that she finds the “Audacity of Hope” to be “really inspiring”.

Regardless…this is coming from a Wisconsin State Senator. WTH!  Classy move, Lena.

IMAGINE the uproar if Scott Walker had this on his website!!!

  6. I get the feeling that her actual knowledge of the world outside her front door is far less sophisticated than this drawing.

  7. She must be “completely and utterly confused”.

  8. I have always been a Walker fan so it’s not like I went into this race without a bias but, that said, I usually don’t come to the conclusion that “my” candidate’s opponent is a complete and total moron, which is exactly the conclusion Taylor is forcing me to draw about her.  I mean, honestly, does she have one issue that she’s thought through and can actually articulate?  I’m almost embarrassed for her watching the debates and seeing things like this.

  11. I had a friend with a MySpace page check it, she says the cartoons are gone now.

(Unlike Ms. Taylor, I do my own damn laundry…)

  12. I captured the one of the pics before she deleted it. What you can’t read in the piece where she calls Scott Walker a “Dog” is this:

Cats are Democrats, Dogs are Republicans. Included in this…

    Dogs: Tough on Crime
Cats: Live and Let live (shows a thug stealing something and the cat just watching)

That would be Lena’s Hug a Thug campaign.

    Dogs: Natural Leaders
Cats: Don’t lead, don’t follow, just get in the way

Cats: Demand entitlements from the man

Cats: More likely to have experimented with halucinogenic herbs.

Nice message, Lena.  Again…real class act!

  13. I can’t find it either. Did she delete it or is she getting framed? (Yes, I have a MySpace account.)

  14. She deleted it Cindy. I actually saw them before she deleted them. You can see from the screen shots it shows “All Lena Taylor’s Photos”

  15. That is the blessing and the curse of the Internet ... nothing is ever ‘deleted’—someone will have saved a copy of it and posted elsewhere ...

I just have no words for this level of unprofessionalism.

    hmmm

  16. I think someone touched a nerve…she has set her myspace page to private now.
