Any lawyer worth a crap is going to subpoena your cell phone records, bank/credit card records and anything else he can think of to match against your log book. If there’s a discrepancy, I don’t care if the other party was an escaped convict on meth, driving with an expired license, just knocked over a 7-11 with a stolen hand gun/assault rifle, insulted a gay Muslim, raped a Nun, Killed a child and kicked a dog. If you’re stuff doesn’t match, it’s your ass.
