Sadly, Wisconsin is now even resorting to taxing purchased digital clip art, starting tomorrow.
Although it is imposed by less than half the states, as of tomorrow, Wisconsin will apply its sales and use taxes to sales of digital goods.

That’s good information. I’m really starting to like the ebooks. You can use them on the iPod Touch, iPhone and Kindle. I just dowloaded “The Cozen Protocol”...it’s a crime/mystery that involved gangs, police and corruption and it’s set in Milwaukee.

Someone actually purchases ringtones? I always take my mp3s and turn them into ringtones. It’s much cheaper.
@nerdbert - yes, people actually buy ringtones. In fact it’s a huge market - though I’m guessing mostly teenagers. In 2007 ringtone sales were well over $700 million in the US. Worldwide, it’s a Billion with a B market, maybe as high as $3-5 Billion per year.
