I can tell it’s spring…

1) I opened the windows to let fresh air into the house.

2) The motorcycles are out in force.

3) When I got home from Madison yesterday, my windshield managed to massacre plenty of bugs.

It’s SPRING!

  3. Today I moved my snow shovel from it’s winter position by my back door to it’s summer position hanging in my garage.

I hope I haven’t jinxed us into another snow fall.

  5. It certainly beats:

    1) I opened the door and darn it, more snow blew into the house.

    2) The snow plows are out in force.

    3) When I got home from Madison yesterday, my wheel wells managed to accumulate a bunch of slushy snow goop.

    It’s STILL WINTER!

    LOL  wink

  6. Yes, ma’am, but it’s going to be plenty hot down here soon enough, I’m afraid. We’ve already hit 90 once here in Austin. We might all be looking for cooler climes before this summer’s over.

  7. Yard has a few strips of grass showing between the snow banks, only half of the driveway is still ice, and no snow forcasted until the 6-8 inches on Tues night.  I haven’t needed to use my 4WD for 3 days now.
It’s been spring for 2 weeks.

  8. Good news!  We finally have the windows open!  And my rose bushes seem to still be alive!

    grin

Now, if we can manage not to float away, all will be well.  (I think I’m getting webbed feet!)
