Hot Air Tour Hits Milwaukee

image

Come join Americans for Prosperity for their Hot Air Tour at Miller Park (and elsewhere) on Saturday.  You can do some tailgating, mingle with great people, and then watch the Brewers beat the hell outta Houston.

There will also be tethered hot air balloon rides for free!  You know the kids will love it…

Originally, all of this was supposed to take place at Miller Park, but TODAY, Miller Park yanked AFP’s permit for the hot air balloon, so here’s how it will go down.  Meet in AFP-WI’s parking lot at 1:30 on Saturday.  There they will have the hot air balloon and do all of the speeches and such.  Here’s the lineup:

- Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner

- State Representative Jim Ott

- County Executive Scott Walker

- Radio Show Talk Host Vicki McKenna

- AFP-WI State Director Mark Block

-  AFP Director of Communication Annie Patnaude

This part is FREE.  After that, everyone will head over to Miller Park for some brats and beer.  This part is $10 (plus parking).

Then everyone attends the game.  This part is $11.

You can attend some or all of it - your choice.

REGISTER HERE.

And here’s a video from last year

.  Sorry, the video doesn’t work anymore.

  1. A bunch of hot air and a long list of extra fees.  That sounds like a pretty usual AFP agenda.

How long will McKenna have to yak to generate enough lift to get Flyin’ Jim off the ground?

Wanting either everything to be given to them free or make people pay for parts of the event that they don’t attend.  That sounds like a pretty usual liberal agenda.

  4. Sure hope Milwaukee didn’t play the same games Nashville did.

  5. Owen,

I wonder which Union will be sending the “Shout down team”

    Teachers, Road Workers, Municiple Workers…
