What does this say about Paul Bucher’s judgment and political acumen? From what I gather, he was instrumental in recruiting and propping up this guy for the seat.
I like your idea of writing in Wagner, but I’m going to vote for Gleisner on the basis of age…at least he won’t be cemented in the seat for the next 30 years like Neubauer would (will be). Then, maybe conservatives can find a real choice next time around.
