General Forbids Pregnancy

Maybe they should just distribute condoms for free.

The Army general of U.S. forces in Northern Iraq has banned pregnancy among military personnel in his command, NBC News reported on Friday.

Anyone who becomes pregnant or impregnates another servicemember, including married couples assigned to the same unit, could face a court-martial and jail time, according to an order issued by Maj. Gen. Anthony Cucolo.

  1. Pretty harsh.  Next they will consider forced neutering of service personnel

  3. Hey, let’sremember this is a WAR ZONE!!. This is simply a warning that if you do something, especially intentionally, to get sent stateside, there will be repurcussions. Without it, who is to say they won’t just get preggers, get sent home and have an abortion?

  4. Interesting.  When I was over there, they just banned all sex between deployed personnel.  I wonder if this is a relaxation, or a loosening of the old rules?
