Frankenstein Veto Killed

Excellent.

Wisconsin voters narrowed the veto authority of governors today, although they will still have broad powers to rework spending bills passed by the Legislature.

By an overwhelming margin, voters added to the Wisconsin Constitution language prohibiting governors from crossing out words from two of more sentences, then stitching together remaining words to create spending or to redirect tax funds in ways never approved by the Legislature.

  2. Tommy may have been creative, but it took a Doyle’s devious liberal mind to come up with a way to actually raise spending with it.

  3. Pretty good day for conservatives- Gableman won, Frankenstein went down in flames and Walker won.  Dare i say, Wisconsin is in play in November, barring voter fraud by the libs?
