On an unsettling note, I still see these mullets from approximately the center of the Washington County area to the very tip of the Northwoods. Yikes.

Whatever the charge, this guy needs to be locked up for the rest of his life, even if the charge is littering…

Ditto for the ones with the neck tattoos…. No good can come from a neck tattoo.
