Assembly Bill 607
Relating to: wind turbines located on land designated as managed forest land and granting rule-making authority.
By Representatives Hahn, Wood, Albers, Ballweg and Musser; cosponsored by Senator Wirch.
Assembly Bill 682Relating to: the sale of renewable motor vehicle fuels, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty.
By Representatives Suder, Sheridan, Davis, Gronemus, Zepnick, Hahn, Jorgensen, Albers, Garthwaite, Musser, Smith, Hilgenberg, Hraychuck and Sinicki; cosponsored by Senators Kreitlow, Schultz, Jauch, Harsdorf, Olsen and Vinehout.
Also notice Rep. Hahn’s conflict of interest. Of course, Hahn isn’t running for reelection, so he probably won’t care if you call to complain.
I see Sen. Olson is a co-sponsor. ![]()
Damn them! Thanks to you and Pete for finding out about the second track.
Oh looky. Sgt. Schultz (RINO-Archer Daniels Midland) is a sponsor too. Who would have thought that?
This is great! It only means that more people are into research and studying for sustainable resources of renewable energy. Good luck, i hope the audience turn out is high.
IF that gets out of the Ass’y committee, it won’t go far beyond.
And, by the way, there’s some real money involved here. Informed rumor has it that a lot of those ethanol plants are headed for BK, quickly: the price of the corn is so high that the margins have gone red. The ONLY remedy for that is mandates, of course.
That would ‘splain why Olsen’s brother’s email was so emotional. He may be looking at a very nasty couple of years.
Especially if his house is part of the collateral package.
This is good idea! Wishing that they would be successfully made it.
wind turbines located on land designated as managed forest land
Isn’t this a little dangerous? Although it is important to continuously research on alternative sources of energy that are inexpensive and environment-friendly.
