Erin Hills Gets U.S. Open

Great news!

Erin Hills, a public golf course still in its infancy and currently closed for renovation, has received the ultimate vote of confidence from the United States Golf Association.

The USGA is announcing today that it will bring the 2017 U.S. Open Championship to Erin Hills, a sprawling course built on glacial dunes in the scenic Kettle Moraine, 3 miles west of Holy Hill.

The 2017 U.S. Open will be the 117th playing of the national championship but the first in Wisconsin.

  1. Andy Z. is dumping a lottery jackpot sized pile of money into this course.  He is working hard to make it into the premier golf destination in the Wisconsin / Metro-Chicago area.

For months now we have been toiling away night and day to get the construction drawings ready at the architecture firm I work for.  When all of the upgrades are done next year the place is going to be spectacular.
