Drunk Driver Plows Into Parade

Good thing nobody got killed and good for the parade bystanders!

Authorities in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, say a drunken driver led deputies on a high-speed chase today before barging through a parade route and hurting four people, none seriously.

The injured included two women and a 6-year-old boy. Parade bystanders were holding the 24-year-old driver on the ground when deputies arrived.

  1. A few years ago, at the sunfish days parade here in onalaska, a driver of a float was pulled over and was given a dui charge.
I was shocked that someone with the responsibility of driving during a parade with children all over the parade route would be so careless.
