Curvy Women Are Smarter

And sexier

Women with curvy figures are likely to be brighter than waif-like counterparts and may well produce more intelligent offspring, a US study suggests.

Researchers studied 16,000 women and girls and found the more voluptuous performed better on cognitive tests - as did their children.

The bigger the difference between a woman’s waist and hips the better.

Could this be because we curvy women - often derided as fat - have to get by on more than our looks?

  5. Debate will never solve this one, we need hard evidence.

I’m confident that is the majority part of it!

Because a ‘curvy’ woman who ranked ‘intelligent’ in their test who perhaps took on a new lifestyle path, lost a bunch of weight and then re-took the test wouldn’t then perform worse on the test would she?

  7. Curvy does not mean fat.  Note they are referring to the hip to waist ratio.  An overweight woman will have a low ratio just as would and underweight woman. The high hip to waist ratio has been suggested as a universal standard for beauty for years.
