The Dallas Cowboys committed 10 penalties for 108 yards — some of them drive-extenders that led to touchdowns, others that were missed. They gave the Eagles seven points on a sack/fumble/touchdown. Tony Romo got picked off in his own end of the field leading to an Eagles field goal.
And they STILL hang 41 on Philly — a very good team — and win, 41-37.
They talk in the NFL about “putting tape out there.” Film evidence of what a team is capable of. With the fleet of talent the Cowboys have, it’s not a leap to say that the only team capable of beating the Cowboys is the Cowboys.
Dallas who?
And the only team that could beat the 1998 Vikings was the 1998 Vikings, and the only team that could beat the 2007 Patriots was the 2007 Patriots, and so on…
How about that defense?
you beat me, paul. 37pts? sorry to beat a dead horse, but screw the offense, defense wins championships.
You have to use this smiley if you beat a dead horse.

Should be a good game - my prediction on the score:
Cowboys 34
Packers 24
Cowboys offense is just too good and the defense doesn’t have the line it did last year, plus Harris has shown he can’t play in big games. (don’t blame Favre for the Giants loss last year - Harris, and the coaches who couldn’t figure out how to get him some help are to blame!)
Average Packers’ PPG - 36.
Average Cowboys PPG - 34.
The Dallas defense more or less got it together in the second half, only giving up seven points and right around 100 total yards. Plus, after the way the Eagles defense has pretty much just punked the Cowboys offense over the last several years, seeing the Cowboys pretty much score at will was especially sweet.
Cowboys 35
Packers 10
