Convincing Myself

The Crocodile Cage makes a compelling argument.  Of course, he’s using my words. 

I’m still not sure that I’ve convinced myself. 

1. The best part…

   I get the feeling that a bunch of ... conservatives are waiting for [McCain] to come around and kiss their ass for their support. Well, get over yourselves.
   

   You were right in 2006.

   You’ll never get a GOP candidate for governor or president that you’ll completely agree with. The fact is that all conservatives don’t think alike and many are moderate on certain issues. Goldwater was concerned about the environment. President Reagan was moderate on immigration and raised taxes at several points.

   Don’t be a flip-flopper Owen. Vote McCain.
