Climber Survived on Centipedes

Ummm...

YAKIMA, Washington (AP)—A 27-year-old Oregon climber who survived five days on southern Washington’s Mount Adams with a broken ankle told rescuers he ate centipedes and drank water from creeks as he tried to crawl to safety.

...it would take MUCH longer than 5 days to make me start eating centipedes.  Then again, I maintain a healthy fat reserve for just such an eventuality.
