Can’t Catch a Break

I was feeling pretty good about my fantasy football games this week after Drew Brees threw for over 300 yards and 4 touchdowns.  But in one league I’m against Randy Moss with 3 TDs so far and in the other league I’m against Tom Brady with almost 400 yards and 6 TDs.

Sigh…

  1. Brady should not have played in the second half…

  2. I was faring extremely well with Driver, Grant, C Benson, and Rivers coming tomorrow.  But was faced against a Brady and Welker combo, for over 70 points between them.  If I can get 50 points from Rivers, Gonzo between now and tomorrow night, I’ll pull it off.  I don’t think that’s going to happen though :(

Oh, and I’m currently 3rd in overall points, facing the guy last in points, and in last place overall.  :( :(

  3. My opponent had both Adrian Peterson and Ray Rice, which was working out okay until the end of the darn game. I got crushed. Oh well!

  4. I know the feeling.  Oakland kicked me out of my survival league by beating Philadelphia.

  6. I’m third in my league (of 12) in points, yet 1-4 going into today.  Unless Eddie Royal goes off tomorrow night, I should be okay for this week.  And glad I took GB in KO.
