Agendas released by the city Tuesday listed Delta Defense LLC of Jackson and Delta Ventures LLC in Seattle as the parties to receive a proposed cityfinanced low-interest loan this evening to assist its move from Jackson to 300 S. Sixth Ave. in downtown West Bend.
Chief Financial Officer Jerry Noskowiak on Tuesday confirmed that Delta Defense wants to buy the former museum.
Delta Defense runs the United States Concealed Carry Association, founded by West Bend resident Tim Schmidt, who is president and chief executive officer of both Delta Defense and the USCCA.
“We started a search for a new corporate headquarters building about six months ago,” Noskowiak said.
The former museum site was vacated last week as the museum prepares for its April opening of its new $9.3 million building at 205 Veterans Ave.
