This is where Adolph Hitler committed suicide in his Fuhrerbunker, which was located under the garden of the Reich Chancellery.

14. It’s truly one of the travesties of history.  The bunker was intact until the late 80’s.  Then they demolished it to put in that apartment building.  It’s a shame to destroy such a piece of history.
