Remember Brad Krause? He’s the patriot who was arrested for openly carrying a firearm while on his own property. He was ruled not guilty because… well… he didn’t do anything illegal. Open carry is legal.
Krause will be on the radio this Saturday. He’ll be on SportsRadio 1250 AM for Cutting Edge Outdoors from 0600 to 0800. If you want to hear his side of the story or ask him any questions, call in! Also, Krause is a certified handgun instructor, so I’m sure he’d be happy to chat about other gun stuff too.
Tune in!
He’s about as much of a patriot as the punk teenager who wears a F*** the police t-shirt w on it and then brags about his 1st amendment rights. Yep, Real American Hero.
I love watching the GFWs on here…
:zpopcorn:
GFW? Does that stand for “moron” in German?
Comparing a guy who plants a tree to a teenager looking for trouble is fairly unintelligent.
GFW == Gun Fearing Wussy…
“Comparing a guy who plants a tree to a teenager looking for trouble is fairly unintelligent.”
Since when do you need a gun to plant a tree? What are the squirls too menacing?
Face it, he was making a statment, which is no different that the teenager with a f the police shirt.
Rather than call the comparision “unintelligent” without support or explanation distinguish it. If you can distinguish the two examples, I’m reasonable and I’ll recant.
Since when do you need a gun to plant a tree?
Super Id, Are you suggesting that no one has ever been assaulted or otherwise needed to defend themselves while going about otherwise domestic activities?
Lets see:
“No one needs a gun in church”

“Since when do you need a gun to mow your lawn”?

Only someone with a anti-gun prejudice would make a statement like yours.
Rather than call the comparision “unintelligent” without support or explanation distinguish it. If you can distinguish the two examples, I’m reasonable and I’ll recant.
A punk teenager wearing a t-shirt that says fuck the police would never have a need to use said t-shirt to defend his life.
A person wearing a sidearm while planting a tree (or mowing their lawn, or sipping an ice tea) outside ones house may someday use that sidearm to defend their life while doing so.
However, as far as rights go. You are correct, we should defend the right of the punk teenagers right to wear a t-shirt that says fuck the police just as vehemently as we should defend the right of a law-abiding citizen to carry a sidearm. We should support all of people’s civil rights no?
I do not understand the irrational fear of guns. People who are law abiding are going to handle a gun the proper way.
Someone who is a criminal is going to obtain a gun no matter how many laws you have out there.
I agree that some gun laws are needed to set reasonable expectations for is allowed. But when 48 out of 50 states have conceal/carry - you aren’t exactly in the mainstream when you are part of the 2.
