To anyone out there looking for a good webhost, check out Hosting Matters.  

In the 2 weeks since moving to HM, I’ve submitted three help tickets with questions on how to setup certain features, and I’ve received an answer within 30 minutes every time.   They have their own community message boards with answers to a lot of the more common questions, plus tons of features included with the hosting package (makes for easy MovableType setup!).  

These guys sure are helping me get over my bad Featureprice experience.
