Okay, we’re still out of good Warlow YouTube videos. (Um, hello, he’s doing Zhivago now, can we have some of that, please?)
BUT, I found out recently that the recently done Les Miserables 25th anniversary concert is going to be in movie theaters on Wednesday, November 17, all over the world!
I have to admit that I was put off a bit when I heard that Nick Jonas, of Jonas Brothers fame, was in London doing the role of Marius. But I must say that I didn’t throw up as expected when I saw this from the concert.
He’s no Michael Ball, but really, who is?
Anyway, if you want to see Les Mis for this ONE NIGHT ONLY EVENT, check out the theater locations. There are several in the Milwaukee area.
As usual, watch the whole thing. Guaranteed to make you smile at least once.
Spotted at Ace’s.
The fun really begins around the 3 minute mark, and the end is impressive.
So I ran out of good Anthony Warlow videos to post for Warlow Wednesday. So I was going to share the new Zac Brown Band/Alan Jackson song, which I adore. However, ZBB won’t let me embed their video version. So you’re going to just have to be amazed by this ridiculously awesome rendition of the Charlie Daniels’ classic, “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”
And that maybe the first and very last time that Anthony Warlow, the Zac Brown Band, and Alan Jackson end up in the same post.
Flashback to…....... 1974. Now THAT was a good year.
Without cheating, name the year.
If you happen to have any money left over after contributing to Haiti relief, Nashville flood relief, oil spill relief, your local food pantry, and various charities and causes which are important to you, I strongly, strongly urge you to contribute to the Send Wendy to Australia to See Her Musical Hero, Anthony Warlow, Perform in His New Musical, ‘Dr. Zhivago’ Fund. Each and every penny you contribute will make someone very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very happy.
And I promise with all of my heart that if I get to go I will only post one more “Warlow Wednesday” to summarize the trip.
Volunteers are standing by to take your call. Thank you.
(I’m just kidding, you know. I’ll never stop posting Warlow Wednesdays.)
He’s no Anthony Warlow, but this is my favorite Mika song from the CD I rediscovered under the seat of my car.
The perfect break-up song for just about any kind of relationship.
